Not sure what to get Mom for Mother’s Day this year? How about a special dinner at her favorite restaurant, Gio Italian Grill! In honor of moms all around the Lehigh Valley, Giovanna and Tony will be opening Gio for Mother’s Day, Sunday May 10th, from 12noon until 7pm.

We will be serving our full menu of mom’s favorites, including our new beef tips tossed with rigatoni pasta, grape tomatoes, arugula in a Gorgonzola cream sauce. Or how about our classic Gio scampi; shrimp, artichokes, grape tomatoes, arugula, tossed in a lemon, garlic, butter, white wine sauce over linguini. Maybe filet mignon served with grilled asparagus and balsamic red onions over roasted garlic mashed potatoes. We will also be offering several Mother’s Day specials. Don’t miss them!

We also offer a variety of special spring cocktails from our bar. Mom will love our seasonal red sangria; bright and fruity and fresh as the spring day.
